UK Shipping Policy
After placing your order, you agree to allow us 5 working days to dispatch your order. This allows us time to create your order and complete any polishing work. Please be in touch if your order is time-critical and we will try our best to post it within your time frame.
We offer 24 Hour Special Delivery and 48 Hour Tracked Delivery. You will be sent a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email.
We ship worldwide, there is an option to select international shipping at checkout.
IMPORTANT: Since Brexit there are sometimes additional custom charges for items shipped to Europe upon arrival. Bahari Blu is not able to cover these import charges in any country, it is up to the customer to research local charges before placing an order.

Returns and Exchanges
If your item is faulty please return it within 30 days of purchase and we will repair it free of charge.
Any item can be returned for a refund if you aren't 100% happy with it within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, nor can Bahari Blu cover the postage cost of returning an item.
A refund will be issued when we have received the returned item, therefore we suggest sending the item tracked and keeping the tracking number. Bahari Blu cannot refund items lost in the post.

Items that are not eligible for refund, exchanges or credit note: Sale items, end of line products and bespoke jewellery.
